Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of www.healthofy.in and any purchase you make through it. By using the site you agree to them. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we are

Healthofy is an online retailer of homeopathy, ayurveda, unani and personal care products, operating from 2/299-A Niranjanpuri, Ramghat Road, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh 202001, India. You can reach us at care@healthofy.in or on +91 7060100272, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

2. What we sell, and what this site is not

The products listed here are over-the-counter homeopathic, ayurvedic, unani and personal care items. We do not sell prescription-only medicines, and no product on this site should be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan. Product descriptions state what a manufacturer markets a product for; they are not a promise of any outcome. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are giving a product to a child, or are already taking other medication, consult a qualified practitioner before use.

3. Your account

You may browse without an account, but you need one to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us at care@healthofy.in if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraudulent orders, repeated unjustified claims, or any unlawful purpose.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The MRP shown is the manufacturer's maximum retail price; any discount is applied to it and the final amount payable is shown before you confirm the order.

Delivery charges are set out in our Shipping and Delivery policy and are added at checkout. Payment is taken by card, UPI, net banking or wallet through our payment partner Razorpay, or as cash on delivery where that option is offered for your address.

We take care to list prices correctly. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price; we will tell you if that happens.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm despatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we cannot verify the payment.

You can cancel from your account dashboard before an order is despatched. After despatch, cancellation and returns are governed by our Return and Refund policy.

6. Delivery

We deliver across India through third-party couriers. Delivery timelines shown on the Shipping and Delivery page are estimates and are not guaranteed; they depend on the courier and the destination.

8. Content on this site

The text, images, layout and logos on this site belong to Healthofy or to the brands whose products we list, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. Product photographs and brand names are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the goods we sell.

We work to keep product information accurate, but packaging and formulations change. The information on the pack you receive takes precedence over anything shown on this site.

9. Reviews and anything you submit

You are responsible for what you post. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing, and do not claim a medical outcome you cannot substantiate. We may remove any submission and may use it on the site in connection with the product it relates to.

10. Liability

We are liable for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for the refunds and replacements set out in the Return and Refund policy. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to its label, its instructions, or the advice of a qualified practitioner.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
